Cancellation Policies

Camps and Classes All requests for cancellation must be made 1-week in advance to the start of the program via phone or email.

  • Any cancellation requested after the 1-week advance notice will not be awarded a refund unless approved by our directors.

  • Any cancellation requested prior to the start of the program will be awarded a refund minus any electronic payment fee along with any deposited funds or an one-day pro-rated amount of the program whichever greater.

  • All refund requests due to us canceling or changing locations will be granted in the full amount minus any electronic payment fees.

  • Understand that we partner with other organizations for some programs and the cancellation policy of the partner organization might supersede our policies.

 

 

 

Private or Group Basketball, SPARQ, Strength & Conditioning Training:  All requests for cancellation must be made 1-week in advance to start of the first training session via phone or email.

 

  • Any cancellation requested after the weeks notice period of the first session will not be awarded a refund unless approved by our directors.

  • Any Skills Academy membership cancelled before June will be charged a $470 cancellation unless the cancellation is requested in May.  All cancellations requested in May will be charged a $235 cancellation fee.

  • All refund requests due to our negligence will be granted in the full pro-rated amount minus any electronic payment fees.

  • Understand that we partner with other organizations for some programs and the cancellation policy of the partner organization might supersede our policies.

 

 

Team Development & Clinics:  All requests for cancellation must be made 1-week in advance before the beginning of the scheduled training dates via phone or email.

 

  • Any cancellation requested after the weeks notice period of the first session will not be awarded a refund unless approved by our directors.

  • All refund requests due to our negligence will be granted in the full pro-rated amount minus any electronic payment fees.

  • Understand that Hoop Life partners with other organizations for some programs and the cancellation policy of the partner organization might supersede our policies.

 

 

Tournaments & Leagues:  All requests for cancellation must be made 2 weeks in advance to start of the first day of the tournament or league.

 

  • Any cancellation requested after the 2 weeks notice period of the first day of the tournament or league will not be awarded a refund unless approved by our directors.

  • All refund requests due to our negligence will be granted in the full pro-rated amount minus any electronic payment fees.

  • Understand that Hoop Life partners with other organizations for some programs and the cancellation policy of the partner organization might supersede our policies.

 

 

After School Programs:  All requests for cancellation must be made with the designated school where the program will be held.

 

  • We partner with the school or schools’ PTA for After School programs therefore any request for cancellations or refunds are governed by the policies of the designated school.
